1. The first thing you need to do is to alter your daily intake of food. Nourishment is the construction blocks of your brain. Consume more green vegetables and assuming that you’re already a vegetarian, make sure you subsidise your daily intake of food with vitamin B12. Know that with the lack of correct nutrition, nothing else you do would matter.

2. Do a few cardio exercises. Use at least 30 minutes walking – be it on a pasture or on a treadmill. That’s also a wonderful time to expose yourself to some sunlight – required for your body to generate vitamin D. Cardio exercises also enhance your motor skills and can delay future immobility.

3. A few scientific studies had demonstrated running stimulates neuron growth, yet this advantages disappears when you’re in seclusion. That means, you need to have social contact. Social interaction allows you to make use of different section of your brain and hence trigger growth.

4. Last but not least, do some brain fitness program. These exercises are designed to confront your brain. Just like your muscles, your brain grows more powerful when challenged. By frequently following a brain training, you’re preventing future degenerationby encouraging new neuron growth and slowing their death. Know that the social interaction law also applies to thinking exercises. In fact some researchers have found!discovered with the lack of social interaction, thinking exercises yield the opposite results.
