Can Subliminal CDs and Chakra Cleansing Really Lead To Memory Development
Thursday, February 5th, 2009    Subscribe To Our FeedThanks to our stressful lives a lot of us have become extremely forgetful. We go into a room and forget why we came in; we meet someone for the first time and fail to recall their name, when we meet them next; we forget where we have kept important things and are often unable to recall known facts, figures or information. If you too can identify with any of these situations the following tips can help you sharpen your memory-
De-stress
Just like your laptop or PC may become slow or start hanging frequently when you overburden its memory with too many applications, the mind starts malfunctioning when it feels overburdened with anxiety and stress. You might remember know that you know the answer to something but just can not recall it (i.e. tip of the tongue phenomena) which is often down to stress.
Therefore to improve your mind’s “memory file location system” you must take up some stress-busting activities. Dancing, yoga, exercise, listening to music, going for a walk; pick up any activity you like and include it in your daily routine. Meditation and yoga both help you to relax and will combat stress very well.
Chakra cleansing
According to ancient yogic philosophy there are 7 main chakras along the midline of our body. Each chakra is associated with certain mind and body functions. Your third eye chakra is associated to your memory function, so if you are having problems it is related to some sort of malfunction in the third eye.
This chakra is placed in centre of forehead between our eye brows can be seen with closed eyes as a whirling indigo/violet colored mass of light or an indigo/violet spinning wheel. In order to sharpen our memory we would need to cleanse or balance this chakra. The following simple meditation exercise can help you achieve this goal:
Step-1 Close you eyes and lie down or sit in a comfortable position
Step 2- Deep breathe, pay attention to every in-breath and out-breath
Step 3- Now imagine a beam of white light entering your body from the soles of your feet
Step4- Let this light travel right up to your third eye chakra
Step 5- Let the light circulate in this area
Step 6- Feel it cleansing your chakra of all blockages. You may view the blockages as black soot
Step 7- See the black soot dissolving into the white light, revealing your clear indigo/violet third eye chakra
Step 7- Feel the chakra throbbing and whirling in the area between your eyebrows
Step 8- Tell yourself, “My mind is now clear, I feel at peace and am now focused and alert”
Step – Relax
Step 10- Slowly, open your eyes
Listen to subliminal messages
Our subconscious directs our so called “natural behavior”. Things like instantly saying hello to a friend or any specific routine you have when waking up on a morning – things you simply do unconsciously – these are in fact behavior patterns embedded within your subconscious mind. Your memory function is controlled in just the same way by your subconscious mind – it uses the same processes over and over in regards to your memory function.
So to improve your memory you should change the way your mind works on a deeper level and this can be done through subliminal memory development.
Listening to subliminal messages repeatedly can increase the processing speed of your subconscious mind and make your mind operate in the same way as people who have the ability to recall information faster and remember information instantly.
Stress and poor memory are a vicious circle; you find it hard to remember due stress which only ends up stressing you more and more – and so on! These powerful techniques will help you overcome your memory issues and stresses forever.
