Most Likely The Most Powerful Vision Exercise To Rebuild Your Eyesight

There’re many vision exercises out there that you can try to sharpen your eyesight. Some of them are definitely good, some are just OK, and others are simply a waste of time. How do you determine which is which?

That’s my puzzle 2 years ago. Ever since then, I have cautiously tried all the vision exercises I am aware of and recorded my progress. How did they fare? My conclusion surprised me.

One fifth of the vision therapy I tried was responsible for eighty percent of my progress. I make note of these eye exercises and combined them as what I called “the fundamentals”. Those eye exercises, I believed, are the core of any vision strengthening program.

In this post, I’d like to show you one of these eye exercises. It is called “palming”. It may sound too simple but trust me, it works. It goes like the following:

Make sure you are sitting down for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and lightly place your palms on them, so that you can see no light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Imagine anything that relaxes you. It can be any one thing. A beautiful beach? A quiet farm house surrounded by big field of blossoms, perhaps.

While you palm, make sure you set a countdown watch therefore you won’t be anxious about how long you have been doing it. Palm for a total of 10 minutes, three times a day. Once when you get up in the break of the day, once during your short-break from work and once just before you go to sleep.

Palming in the morning enables you to insert an expectation for the rest of the day. The one in the noon enables your eyes to take a break and alleviate stress. While the one at night relaxes your eyes and readies it for sleep.
