Most Likely The Simplest Vision Exercise To Correct Your Vision
Friday, March 5th, 2010    Subscribe To Our FeedThere are many vision exercises out there that you can undertake to sharpen your vision. Some of them are surely beneficial, some are only OK, and others are just a waste of time. How will you distinguish which is which?
That is my problem two years ago. Ever since then, I’ve carefully use any of the vision exercises I was aware of and recorded my progress. How do they do? My outcome impressed me.
Twenty percent of the vision therapy I tried was accountable for eighty percent of my progress. I took note of those eye exercises and category them to what I named “the basics”. Those eye exercises, I assumed, are the basic of every vision enhancement regime.
In this post, I would like to tell you one of those eye exercises. It is named “palming”. It may sound too easy but trust me, it works. It goes like the following:
Make sure you’re sitting down for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and gently place your palms on them, so that you cannot see light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Dream of anything that relaxes you. It can be anything. A beautiful beach? A small farm house surrounded by huge field of flowers, maybe.
When you palm, make sure you use a countdown timer hence you do not worry how long you have been doing it. Palm for a total of ten minutes, three times everyday. Once when you wake up in the crack of dawn, once during your short-break from work and once just before you go to sleep.
Palming at the start of the day enables you to install a standard for the rest of the day. The one in the middle of the day enables your eyes to take a break and moderate stress. While the one in the evening calm your eyes and prepares it for sleep.
