You are going to receive ZIP files, so when you download them, you are going to have to UNZIP the files. This makes it quicker to download the files. Here are the files to download. You should get three files. The PDF book, the male audio and the female audio. Just right click on the links below and "save as". You will want to create a folder and save the files into the folder that you create. Or you can save them to your desktop.
